Fresh faces at EnvECO!

Scott Schifflett has joined ENVECO as a Construction Superintendent with more than 30 years of experience supporting and managing environmental construction projects. Scott has provided construction management for large and complex environmental construction projects both in commercial and government markets. His technical and management proficiencies include contaminated soil removal, tank and fueling system demolition and removal, industrial decommissioning, landfill cap construction, structural demolition, soil stabilization and solidification, wetland restoration, dewatering and wastewater treatment, and sheet piling.

Dan Wilhelm, PE has joined ENVECO as the Program Manager for our Property Transfer and Development Business Unit. He has more than 25 years of environmental experience supporting and managing contracts that include due diligence, liability management, hazardous materials surveys, Phase I and Phase II environmental assessments, site characterizations and assessments, remediation, risk assessments, industrial compliance, tank compliance and closure, and litigation support. Dan is a subject matter expert supporting transfer and development of properties in accordance with mandated and voluntary cleanup programs in Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
